It is this easy:
Register your client with us by phone, fax or in person;
If you will not accompany your client when they visit our community, register them with us prior to their visit by phone, fax or in person.
Do not forget to remind your client to write yes on the registration form question “Are you working with a realtor?" AND to complete the registration question “Agent’s Name & Company”.
We can not protect your client if your client has previously registered with us or has been working with a Coldwell Banker on-site representative prior to registering your client.
Print a copy of the Guest Registration form. Complete the form and mail, fax or submit it in person to us.
Print a copy of the Co-Broker Registration and Compensation Policies. Complete the form and mail, fax or submit it in person to us.
